Site Plan for new development of coastal village and casino, hotel, recreation area in Red Sea (above).  Dahlak had to be developed from scratch with new infrastructure, similar to New Town planning.  A small airport and marina welcomes visitors to beautiful beaches, equestrian facilities, retail shopping, etc.  View of Marina Plaza below right.
