Destination Resort (right)
HHCP Architects and Planners enlisted the
services of John Henry Architect to develop concept designs for this
resort on the east coast of Eritrea. Catering to wealthy Mid-Eastern
families in the region, Dahlak was to be a destination resort that offered
multiple lodging types and entertainment. Marina Harbor (right

area in Red Sea (above). Dahlak had to be developed from scratch
with new infrastructure, similar to New Town planning. A small
airport and marina welcomes visitors to beautiful beaches, equestrian
